Children and Youth Formation
Godly Play (ages 3 through 3rd grade)
Godly Play is a creative, imaginative approach to Christian formation and spiritual guidance designed to teach children the stories of the Bible in a cohesive and calm way that they may then reenact and remember them throughout their Sunday School years – and beyond.
We have a beautiful space in the lower level of the building which houses the carefully crafted lesson objects. We have ages 3 through 3rd graders working together in Room 4 from 9:10a – 10:00a.
Spark Connect (4th – 6th grade)
On Sunday mornings from 9:10a – 10:00a our 4th – 6th graders gather to learn more about their faith and grow together. We use a curriculum called “Spark” that features exciting videos, active participation, and interactive learning!”
Sparks Fly is our fellowship opportunity for 4th-6th graders. This monthly gathering on Friday nights during the program year, allows this age group to meet and connect with one another for fellowship and fun.
EYC (7th – 12th grade)
Our Sunday morning formation for 7th -12th grade students stands for “Episcopal Youth Community.” We meet together, talk about lives, share a light meal, all while growing deeper in our faith in Christ.

Fellowship – GS Youth is our monthly youth group (grades) 7th-12th at Good Shepherd. These are fun, fellowship, and service oriented events focusing on building a solid community. As a part of GS Youth, we’ll take advantage of great parish and diocesan events, as well as our own stand-alone meetings.
